[PATCH] Time, Date and DateTime #advance accepts :weeks option

Description

Patch adds :weeks options to Time, Date and DateTime #advance.

Examples: 

>> Date.new(2007,10,13).advance(:weeks => 2)
=> Sat, 27 Oct 2007

>> Time.local(2007,10,13,6,26).advance(:weeks => 2)
=> Sat Oct 27 06:26:00 -0500 2007

Tests included.
