Sortable, when draggable gets drop behind last element of sortable, dragdrop get in endless loop

A set of thumbnails makes the sortable list(A). To this list one can add thumbnails comming from another sortable set :list B. When a member of list A gets dropped behind the last element of list A an endless loop takes place in Droppables.isAffected with 'point has no properties' as error message (from Firebug).
